1. Provider and eligibility

Lata Casa is operated by Mosaic Media Company Limited in Vietnam (“Lata Casa,” “we,” “us”). You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If the law where you live requires parental consent or a higher minimum age, you may use the service only after those requirements are met.

2. Accounts

You sign in using Google. You are responsible for choosing the correct Google account, protecting access to it, and all activity under your Lata Casa account. Information you provide must be accurate. Notify us promptly through the Contact option on the site if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Service and content license

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to stream available content for private, non-commercial viewing during the period in which you have access. Availability, episode order, subtitles, quality, and catalog titles may change by territory and over time.

You may not copy, record, download unless expressly enabled, redistribute, publicly perform, sell, scrape, bypass access controls, interfere with playback, reverse engineer the service, share paid access, or use the service unlawfully.

4. VIP subscriptions and automatic renewal

Before purchase, the checkout identifies the plan price, currency, billing interval, and that billing recurs. Weekly VIP renews at US$14.90 each week; Monthly VIP renews at US$28.90 each month, unless a different price is clearly shown and accepted at checkout.

• PayPal processes the payment and may offer PayPal balance or card funding.
• Your subscription renews automatically until canceled.
• You authorize PayPal to charge the selected payment method on each renewal date.
• Taxes or currency conversion charges may apply based on your location and payment provider.
• If a payment fails, access may be suspended or ended.

Unlock this series

A series purchase costs US$6.90 as shown at checkout, paid once, and unlocks the episodes of that series for your account. It does not start a subscription or renew automatically. Access has no scheduled expiry while the title remains available on Lata Casa. A refunded or reversed purchase no longer grants access. The refund provisions below and your mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Price changes

We will provide legally required advance notice of price changes. A material price change applies only as permitted by applicable law and payment-provider rules.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your Lata Casa account page or through PayPal’s automatic-payment settings. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Keep the PayPal cancellation confirmation for your records.

6. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable after digital access is activated, except where required by applicable consumer law or when a verified billing or service error occurred. To request review, use the Contact option on the site and provide the account email, PayPal transaction or subscription ID, charge date, and reason. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; processor timing applies.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory cancellation, cooling-off, refund, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your country or state.

7. Acceptable use and enforcement

Do not use Lata Casa for fraud, infringement, harassment, malware, unauthorized automation, security testing without permission, or conduct that harms users, creators, payment partners, or our systems. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal through Contact.

8. Intellectual property and complaints

The service, branding, software, artwork, video, audio, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Lata Casa and protected by intellectual-property laws. Rights not expressly granted are reserved. Rights holders may submit a detailed infringement notice through Contact, including identification of the work, location of the material, contact details, a good-faith statement, and authority to act.

9. Service changes and availability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, network conditions, device limitations, content licenses, legal requirements, and events outside reasonable control can affect availability. We may update or discontinue features; if a change materially impairs a paid service, remedies required by applicable law remain available.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or lost data or profits, arising from use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Lata Casa during the six months before the event or US$100. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without excluding mandatory protections available to consumers where they live. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear unresolved disputes. We do not require individual arbitration or waive class-action rights through these Terms.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or account contact information before the change takes effect when required. The effective date above shows the latest version. Questions, cancellation help, legal notices, and complaints can be submitted using the Contact option in the site footer.
